BLISS to explore our earth.
The explore program waters the seeds of sustainable living through the great outdoors, fullness, and freedom. Students will plant, grow, and sustain comprehension of nature’s ability to nurture our inmost being.
In exploring our planet, we will come to see the importance of our hand in the need to preserve nature for futures beyond us.
Our curriculum offers students the opportunity to do all of the above; to plant and grow seeds that conserve environmental resources through exploration of our world.
*10% of the proceeds will be donated to the Fr. Bill Atkinson Service Crops, a nonproift that uses this curriculum to service individuals with intellectural disabilities.

Is this program right for me?
The explore program is for educators interested in promoting the importance of the great outdoors and the sustainability of natural resources.
Do you lack kinesthetic practices of experiential learning in your classroom? Are you interested in getting your class to explore our natural environment and to learn while doing so? Where would you take your students if you could have them experience the world around them?
The explore program brings your classroom out into the world by learning through outdoor education. It also allows you to take your students anywhere on the planet while physically in your classroom to study sustainability.
explore Program includes lessons such as :
Scavenger Hunt - In this differentiated lesson plan, students will engage in a hunt to find components of our natural world that are engaging, while practicing sustainable means of preserving the planet. Get ready to get moving, and get to saving the world with your students!
Nurture through Nature - Nature has a fantastic means of nurturing our entire being. Through this fall-based lesson, students will practice hands-on learning to turn pumpkins and gourds into planters for flowers or vegetables. Topics surrounding gardening, horticultural therapy, and composting are highlighted in this lesson.
Walking with the Saints - Our saints have so much to teach us by means of their lives. In this activity, students will get out and get moving while focusing on the lives of the saints, stopping at small pilgrimage places along the way.
